We assist employers through the process of understanding their goals and finding out what they want to accomplish. Next, based on those goals we properly structure the plan design. Then we installation the plan and enroll the participants. Education is a key component in this step. It is important that each employee have accurate and timely information in order for them to make a good decision. Finally we prepare the annual administration and notices and then file the required forms with the IRS.
